DiscloseIT Ltd was set up to develop a software solution for businesses that perform CRB disclosure checks for their staff or staff of other companies. The software manages a database of applications providing efficiency savings in terms of processing application forms and reduces the amount of errors that appear in the current standard paper based methods whilst also allowing Management information System (MIS) reports to be produced for the business.

DiscloseIT Ltd is not an Umbrella Body and we do not process applications ourselves.

Our specialist-developed solutions have been designed to do much more than simply record the processing of CRB Disclosure Applications. DiscloseIT is available in two versions to support all organisations handling CRB disclosure applications.

DiscloseIT Professional - Designed for smaller registered and umbrella body organisations that only require one person at a time processing CRB Disclosure Applications. This system has the benefit that it can be installed on a standalone standard PC and DiscloseIT Corporate - Designed for larger registered and umbrella body organisations that have a team processing CRB Disclosure Applications. This system operates on a PC network using a shared database.

Development of the core system has continued with improvements and enhancements being added and version 2.1 of DiscloseIT was released January 2007. Version 2.1 has the ability to integrate with this SECURE Web interface which will enable your clients to submit their applications online.

Web Interface

The new SECURE web interface enables you to set up accounts for your client organisations and they can then create accounts for the individuals for whom you process applications. When an online application is complete it is downloaded to your DiscloseIT system ready for final processing. DiscloseIT ensures that an applicant provides all of the mandatory data required by the CRB.
