Information Required.

The CRB require applicants to provide information that confirms their identity

As part of the process applicants will require the following information in order to complete the online part of the application, and should therefore have all of the relevant details to hand when they wish to complete your form.

In addition to the information listed below applicants will be required to provide their employer with proof of identity documentation. Details of these documents are provided once you have logged in.

Where you have lived

Details of all addresses and periods in residence where you have lived for the last five years (there should be no gaps in your dates)

Details of position for which Disclosure is being requested

Position applied for, if the job title does not make clear the nature of the work, be more specific (for example rather than use “Bus Driver” you should use “Driver of School Bus”)

Applicants declaration

You will be asked - Do you have any unspent criminal convictions?
