This is a SECURE online service provided to CRB Registered Umbrella Bodies who are using the DiscloseIT CRB disclosure management system to process their CRB Disclosure Applications.DiscloseIT Ltd is not an Umbrella Body and we do not process applications ourselves.

The public site provides visitors with general information about the service available and an insight into CRB Disclosures. The secure site provides CRB Registered Umbrella Bodies with the ability to accept disclosure applications online from their client’s applicants.

Applicants are now able to apply online for Enhanced, Standard and Volunteer Disclosures.

How it works

This is a secure online system requiring username and password for access and using encryption to enhance security and privacy of personal data.

Clients of the CRB Registered Umbrella Bodies are able to manage applications for their employees and the applicants are able to apply online with the comfort of knowing that their information is secure and confidential.

Applicants are issued with a username and password which will enable them to access the secure online CRB application system, they can complete and submit their application in one visit alternatively if they need to check on some details they can save the data input to date and complete the application at a later date then submit it online when they are happy that the details are correct.

Don't worry the system will not let an applicant submit an incomplete application so there is little chance of them getting it wrong
